Ceremony

3:00-4:00 pm 

Guests arrive between 2:30-2:50. Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 in The Gardens at Pillar and Post.

Activities

4:00-6:00 pm

Following the ceremony, there will be a two hour wait time from 4:00-6:00 pm before cocktail hour. We recommend exploring The OutPost or Vintages Wine Bar and Lounge at Pillar and Post (see details below)! Guests can also explore Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. 

The OutPost at Pillar & Post

Located very close to our ceremony cite in The Gardens! The OutPost at Pillar and Post is a more laid back vibe with a cafe, drink, and food menu. Right next to The OutPost are a variety of lawn games to play with family and friends!

Vintages Wine Bar & Lounge at Pillar & Post

Located right across the street from The Gardens inside Pillar and Post Inn and Spa. Just past the lobby, you will find a more warm and upscale experience at Vintages Wine Bar. Here, you can find a large selection of wines, cocktails, appetizers, and pub fare. 

Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake

Located about a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from Pillar and Post, you can explore Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. You will find many shops, restaurants, and historic sites. 

Cocktail Hour

6:00-7:00 pm

Our cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 in the Regent foyer with an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres.

Reception

7:00pm-1:00 am

Our reception will begin at 7:00 in the Upper Canada Hall Ballroom and will include dinner, toasts, speeches, open bar, live music, and dancing.
